Still Relevant!
I started with iPhone, but along the way switched to Samsung Galaxy. While the screens are bright and they are in many ways better, the iPhones accessories and mainstay capabilities are second to none. I am using this model for a B-Roll camera on a stabilizer. It has seamless integration with my iPad and iPod. I transfer video files from my GoPro to Apple devices and between my Apple devices flawlessly. The battery lasts an eternity and charges lightning fast. Yes there were a lot of things I really missed about Apple and the SE is still an awesome phone. It is equivalent to an iPhone 6s only with a smaller screen or a Galaxy S5 only no supersized OLED screen, memory card slot, water resistance, and well I miss my Galaxy. That being said Apple has better video editing apps, after market lenses, aftermarket gimbal stabilizer integration, and the list goes on. Are you an everyday user, the Galaxy S5 is the better choice. Is your phone a multipurpose tool? The iPhone SE is your answer. Good luck with your choice.

I use it as a phone
While I like to having the ability to make use of the functionality (e.g. turn by turn directions) of the smart phone, I purchased the device to use it mainly as a phone and as such I like the small form factor. Pros: - It fits in my pocket. - It seems more secure then my Android. - It takes nice pictures. - The display is very readable. - Allows you to customize your set up. Cons: - While I like the ability to customize my set up, it seemed a bit complicated to do so. - I don't like the manner in which the application icons arrange themselves. I want to be able to put the icon somewhere and have it stay there. - I miss the Clock/Weather widget that I was able to install on my Android's home screen.

Compact, lightweight, great battery life.
Really great small phone at a good price. The SE is lightweight and has very good battery life. Verizon told me they were no longer going to be supporting the iPhone SE at the end of the year (as they begin switching over to 5G) and "talked me into" trading in my SEs for 6Ses - UGH!!! They have since publicly admitted that the SE will continue to be supported at the end of the year (Verizon Community Forum 7.17.19) and I just bought two SEs again on eBay. Maybe there are some technical differences that are supposed to make the 6S a better phone and if you want a somewhat larger phone without a crazy big price tag, the 6ses are O.K., but if you want a smaller, lighter weight phone, I highly recommend the SE.

My first iphone
I have been an android user since smartphones first came out for the most part, and was overall pleased with android. I recently decided to purchase an iphone at a friend's suggestion. The battery life is much worse than what I had before, but overall the usability is much better, and I love how fast everything loads. My old phone was always freezing up, and I don't have that issue with this phone, I'm very pleased. I would say that overall the phone is great, but the major drawback for me is battery life. I use my phone a lot, and have to charge it twice a day, and leave it on the charger all night or it dies while I'm sleeping.

iPhone SE is what I needed, ApplePay, LivePhotos, SuperFast, Better Battery Life
I tried the iPhone 6S last year and found it was too big for me to handle easily. I enjoyed the larger screen size when on Instagram or YouTube but it required two hands to operate and was constantly causing me mishaps. The SE is the perfect size for me and has almost all the feature of the 6S. Now if they'd bring back the black of the 5! Or better yet, the iPhone 7 deep blue. Paying more for the 64gb version is well worth it. 16gb is not enough for even a basic user who takes pictures or videos.

Great phone, but aging fast.
This is the cheapest iPhone you can get that still gets software updates, and it's also super small and easy to use. It's the perfect phone for older folks that just need a phone on the cheap, which is why I bought it. It still totally gets the job done, but if you care at all about having updates for more than another year or if you like to have a good camera, this isn't the phone for you. Please spend a bit more money on another phone that has more life and is more advanced than this.

Better iPhone SE
I bought an iPhone 4S when my Palm Pre was abandoned by HP. The iPhone was larger, but not unacceptably so. Then Apple superceded it with the iPhone SE 64GB and that I managed to fill up with tunes (I use it as my in-car iPod), so I grabbed the 128GB version as soon as I could find one unlocked. Continues to be a truly excellent device, with even more room for stashing music. Fingers crossed that Apple keeps it alive, for all of their more recent phones are too damned big for my taste.

iPhone SE
The iPhone SE is actually an iPhone 6S in a smaller size. If you prefer IOS over Android and you want a small phone consider the SE. This model is new enough to use the latest IOS and seems to work as well as the later and larger models. Battery life and reception are excellent. My only complaint with this model is I make many typos while texting due to the small screen. This model still has a 3.5mm headphone jack no dongles needed.

From Big to Small Again
My iPhone 6 Plus died on me, so I replaced it with the iPhone SE. I am very pleased with the phone. I was fond of the iPhone 5s when it was first release and this SE is the exact same body but with upgraded internals. I love the 12mp camera :) I also like that the power button is on the top of the phone. I am happy with the size also, because it is easy to use one handed. Great phone!
