Think of dressing as the final coat of wax on the body of your car; it acts as a sealant once you’ve cleaned the tires and rims, and provides a shiny, durable coat of protection. Tire dressing usually comes in wax form within a jar. Once the tires are clean and dry, use a buffing mitt to apply the wax to wheels. Once it dries, it actually repels dust and dirt to ensure that it’s easy to keep your wheels clean over time. It also adds a glossy coat if you desire, creating a smooth, shiny surface that’s quite striking.
