What are the differences between types of fragrance?
- The difference between types of fragrance is in the amount of concentration of essences. Perfume has the highest concentration, then, eau de parfum, eau de toilette, and lastly eau de cologne.
- Eau de parfum is generally more durable than eau de toilette. It is often applied to hair and clothes, however you need to avoid using it on delicate fabrics as they can stain due to the oils.
- Eau de toilette, is lighter and more refreshing and is recommended for warmer weather; while eau de cologne is suitable for hotter weather and should be reapplied as needed due to its fast evaporation.
